Returns Policy All of our products are covered by our 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, just return it in re-sellable condition and we will issue your refund. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Because our products ship directly from the manufacturer, each has a slightly different policy as far as where to return the item, and what information to include. For this reason, we ask that you contact us before returning an item for specific instructions on that return. Contacting us first will assure you a quick and hassle free return. Unless the item is defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, the customer will be responsible for our actual cost to ship it to you, as well as return shipping and any restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer, (this will vary from one manufacturer to the next, but is typically 10% to 20%). If an item is damaged in shipment, please retain the original shipping box, as we will need to file a claim with the shipper, and they will need the box as proof of who is responsible for the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund, (your choice) immediately. Shipping claims are often long, drawn-out processes, and we see no reason for you to be penalized any further for something that is no fault of yours.
