1.) How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online via our website or by faxing to:

2.) What colors does CatFurnitureMart.com offer?
Blue, Gray, Green, Beige, or Brown.
3.) Is assembly required?
Some is required for most scratching posts. In order to satisfy the size restrictions of DHL or UPS, CatFurnitureMart.com cannot ship all models in one piece. Assembly is quite easy. We can also provide assistance via the telephone if you have questions. Please note that several models can be shipped with no assembly required.
4.) Will my cat prefer carpeting or sisal rope?
Many cat owners have questions about sisal rope vs. carpet. Several studies have shown that cats prefer carpeting. However purchasing cat furniture that offers both of these options is a viable solution.
5.) What are your hours for customer service?
Customer service support is available Monday –Friday 9am -6pm (EST).
6.) Why is your furniture so competitively priced for such high quality construction?
Our manufacturer is located near several carpet mills. They are able to buy commercial carpeting directly from the carpet suppliers and eliminate additional costs typically associated with purchasing from carpet dealers. They also build all furniture in-house. Made in the USA.
7.) Why didn’t I get an email conformation after placing an order?
We automatically send an email immediately after you place your order. In most cases the reason you didn’t get your email is
because it got filtered by a spam filtering program. You can emailus at customerservice@catfurnituremart.com and will resend
you a confirmation.
8.) What is the difference between your cat furniture and the furniture available at the major pet store chains?
The handcrafted quality of our construction and the materials used in our furniture sets us apart from the cat furniture typically
available at the pet chains. All of our furniture is made in the USA.
